Ribblesdale Blue Goat Cheese is an award winning artisan creamy blue cheese made from pasteurized goat’s milk, known for its lively tang and savoury blue notes. It has a soft texture and is characterized by its pale ivory center streaked with blue-green veins. This cheese is a favourite among both blue cheese enthusiasts and those new to goat’s cheese, thanks to its balance of creaminess and character. It is produced in Yorkshire, where the lush grazing conditions contribute to the quality of the milk used in its creation.
